Terms of Use
This document sets out what you can and can't do as a Lodestar user, and what we owe each other.
1. Account
You need an account to use Lodestar. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Your content
Everything you write or upload to Lodestar (projects, tasks, vision, images) stays yours. KONGERA holds only the license necessary to run the service — to store your content, display it to you, and send it for AI processing if you allow it.
3. AI advisor
AI features are part of your subscription. Lodestar bears the AI costs and applies a fair limit of 500 calls per month per user. AI outputs are suggestions— not binding advice. Lodestar doesn't guarantee their accuracy.
You are responsible for the decisions you make based on the AI's suggestions; Lodestar is not liable for them.
4. Acceptable use
Lodestar and its AI features are intended for planning projects, goals, and a personal vision. You may not use the service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, or attempt to misuse the AI, bypass its safety mechanisms, or generate harmful content. We may limit or terminate access for violations. AI text is processed by Anthropic as our processor.
5. What you may not do
- Abuse the service — spam, malware, disrupting other users, attempting to access other people's data.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automatically bulk-download content from the app beyond normal use.
- Upload illegal content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
6. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. KONGERA may revoke access if you violate these terms or abuse the service — we'll give you prior notice where circumstances allow.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide the service “as is” without any warranty of availability or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
This limitation doesn't apply to the extent that the consumer law of the Slovak Republic (Act No. 102/2014 Coll., Act No. 250/2007 Coll.) grants consumers rights that can't be limited by contract.
8. Force majeure
We're not liable for outages caused by events beyond our reasonable control — sub-processor outages, internet outages and the like.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are resolved by the competent Slovak court.
10. Changes to these terms
For any material changes we'll send you an email notice at least 14 days in advance. If you keep using Lodestar after the changes take effect, that counts as acceptance.
